Who it is for
What the assessment covers
One unhurried session, structured around seven lenses. Together they show us how your body works today, and what it needs next.
A structured look at how you move through fundamental patterns, and where compensations sit.
Joint range and control, tested rather than guessed, to see what your body can actually access.
How you hold yourself at rest and under load, and what it means for training and daily life.
Baseline strength and balance between sides, so progression starts from reality, not assumption.
Work, sleep, stress and daily movement, the context that decides what is sustainable for you.
Your capacity to adapt and recover, which sets the rhythm of everything that follows.
What you actually want from your body over the coming years, translated into a clear direction.
What happens next
After your assessment, we determine together which path fits you best. Sometimes it is one of them. Often, it is a considered combination.
Fully individual training and guidance, built session by session around your body and your goals.
ExploreFixed groups of maximum four people, combining personalised coaching with shared accountability.
ExploreCupping and recovery work that support adaptation and long-term health.
ExploreA consultation, not a pitch
The assessment is a professional consultation. Its purpose is to understand, not to sell. You leave with a clear, honest reading of your body and a recommendation, whether or not you continue with us.
There is no obligation and no pressure. Some people continue into coaching or recovery work. Others simply take the clarity and apply it elsewhere. Both outcomes are good ones.
