Who is responsible
Health Potential is the trade name of Sanaé Centre Médical SRL, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE 1040.526.621. Sanaé Centre Médical SRL is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
Contact form
The contact form collects your name, your email address and the subject you selected (all required) and, if you write one, your message. You can also tick an optional box to receive occasional news. We use these details to answer your enquiry and to organise your session. We do not ask for medical or health records through this website.
Application form (Join our team)
The application form collects your full name, email address, your profession, a short description of your practice, and optionally your phone number, years of experience, your reasons for applying and a LinkedIn or professional website address. This information is used only to review your application and to contact you about a professional opportunity or collaboration with Health Potential. It is never used for marketing. There is no file upload on this site: if you send a CV, you send it yourself by email.
Legal bases
We handle enquiries and applications on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and of the steps taken at your request before any agreement. Occasional news is sent only on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the optional box, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your message or application only as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was sent for, answering you, organising your sessions, or considering a possible collaboration, and for as long as we may need it to meet a legal obligation. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Who else is involved
Messages and applications are delivered to our professional mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Coaching and cupping appointments are booked through Calendly; physiotherapy appointments with Julie Pfanzelt are booked through Doctoranytime. These sites open in a new tab: the details you enter there are handled by those services under their own terms, and the Health Potential website does not receive them directly. The website is hosted by Lovable. We never sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets one functional cookie that remembers whether you chose English or French. There is no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics or tracking tool active on this site. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source is kept in your browser for the visit and added to the Calendly link you open. When you submit a form, your IP address is checked briefly to block spam and is not stored afterwards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, its portability, and you can object to its processing. To exercise a right, write to the email address below and we will act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
