Assess
We listen to your situation, daily habits and goals. For coaching, the initial assessment also gives us a practical view of how you move and where to begin.
- Your situation and history
- Your habits and constraints
- Your movement and goals
Our approach
We begin by understanding your situation, habits and goals. For coaching, the initial assessment gives us a clear starting point. We then build a programme around you, guide the work and reassess as you progress.
Physiotherapy and cupping remain independent and are booked without a coaching assessment.
Health Potential is a small Brussels practice for people who want to train well and recover better over the long term. Our work begins with listening: how you live, how you move and what you want from your body.
Coaching, physiotherapy and cupping each keep their own role. Depending on your needs, the right one comes at the right time.
Our approach
Every programme draws on these three dimensions. Depending on your situation, goals and progress, the emphasis simply shifts from one to another.
Build lasting foundations to move better, preserve your capacity and reduce the risk of injury.
Develop the capacities your goals require, whether getting back in shape, preparing for a challenge or improving performance.
Support lasting recovery through movement, care and a whole-body approach.
Principles
No template programmes. Every plan is built around the body, history and life in front of us.
Work grounded in science, not trends.
Recovery is treated as practice, not reward, in a calm, attentive setting.
We build capacity and resilience to last.
Coaching

We listen to your situation, daily habits and goals. For coaching, the initial assessment also gives us a practical view of how you move and where to begin.
We turn that starting point into a clear programme, choosing the movements, rhythm and level of support that fit your needs.
Sessions are coached closely. Technique, load and progression are adjusted to what you can do well today and what you are building toward.
We review what is changing, adapt the programme and keep the work aligned with your capacity and goals over time.
Begin
A first session to understand your body, your history and what you're working toward. From there, the right combination of training and recovery becomes clear.
