How it works

We start with a thorough assessment of your movement, history and goals. From there we build a programme in blocks, adjusting as your capacity changes rather than following a fixed template.

The rhythm

Most clients train one to three times a week, with recovery work layered in when the body asks for it. Nothing is added for its own sake.

What is included

Programme follow-up and adjustments

Your programme is followed and adjusted from session to session, as you progress.

Personalised programming

A programme built in blocks around your body and your calendar, adjusted as you progress.

Strength

Progressive strength and load tolerance, built patiently and measured honestly.

Mobility

Joint health, posture and range of motion, integrated into every session.

Recovery

Recovery and regeneration work woven into the plan, not left to chance.

Lifestyle coaching

Sleep, daily movement and the habits outside the studio that hold everything together.

Regular reassessment

Your programme is reviewed and adapted as your body and your goals evolve.

Why it works

Individual attention creates lasting results.

Generic fitness programmes follow a fixed template and assume every body responds the same way. One-on-one coaching works differently: every decision is based on your assessment, your feedback and your progression. Technique is corrected in real time, load is adapted to the day you are having, and nothing advances until your body is ready. That precision is what turns effort into durable change rather than short-lived intensity.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is one-on-one coaching at Health Potential?+

A fully private coaching session with one coach, in a private, appointment-only studio in central Brussels. Every session follows a programme built from your personal assessment, combining strength, mobility and recovery.

Who is one-on-one coaching for?+

Professionals with demanding schedules, beginners, people returning after injury, athletes, and anyone who wants sustainable results with full privacy and individual attention.

Do I need to be fit to start?+

No. The programme starts from your current capacity, whatever it is. The initial assessment tells us exactly where to begin and how fast to progress.

What happens during the first assessment?+

We take the time to understand your history, your lifestyle and your goals, and we evaluate how you move. From there we build the direction of your programme together.

Can I train if I am recovering from an injury?+

Often, yes, once your own healthcare practitioner agrees. Coaching then adapts to their plan; it does not replace medical care or rehabilitation.

How long is a session?+

Sessions last 60 minutes and take place in the private studio at Rue d'Ophem 10, Brussels.

How often should I train?+

Most clients train one to three times per week, depending on their goals, schedule and recovery. The right rhythm is defined during your assessment.

How is this different from a regular gym programme?+

A gym programme follows a template. Here, every session is coached, every load is adapted to your body, and the programme is reassessed regularly so it keeps evolving with you.

Is nutrition or lifestyle guidance included?+

Yes. Lifestyle coaching, sleep, daily movement and the habits that support your training, is part of the accompaniment.

How much does one-on-one coaching cost?+

Single personal training session: €65 including VAT · 60 minutes. Individual coaching package: 10 sessions for €550 including VAT (€55 per session within the package), with a minimum 3-month commitment. €550 is the total package price, not a monthly subscription.
