Attentive coaching for everyone

Your coach moves among a maximum of four people, adjusting technique, load and intent for each.

A group that stays

Fixed membership means trust builds over months. People notice when you miss a session, and when you hit a personal best.

Where it begins

Everyone starts with an individual assessment, so the coach knows your body before the first group session.

What defines it

Small by design. Serious by nature.

Everything about the format exists to protect the quality of the coaching and the consistency of the group.

Maximum four people

Small enough that your coach sees every repetition and corrects it in the moment, never a crowd.

Personalised coaching

Each person follows their own progression inside the shared session. Same room, individual plans.

Fixed groups

The same people, session after session. No drop-ins, no strangers, a group that builds together.

Annual commitment

Real change is measured in months, not weeks. The commitment protects the group, and your progress.

Long-term progression

Programming planned across the year, reviewed regularly and adjusted as you evolve.

Community

A small circle of people who know your name, your goals and your next milestone.

Accountability

When three people expect you on Tuesday, you show up on Tuesday. Consistency stops being negotiable.

The difference

A small group, individual progress.

The group never exceeds four people and never changes. Your coach knows your assessment, your history and your plan. The energy and accountability of a group, with the attention of personal training, that is the difference.

Questions

What people ask us.

How many people are in a small group?+

Never more than four. The format exists so every person is coached on every repetition, and that standard sets the limit.

How much does small group training cost?+

€27 including VAT per person per session for a group of three, or €23 for a group of four. 60-minute sessions. Fixed groups, with a one-year commitment; not a drop-in offer.

How long is a small group session?+

Each small group session lasts 60 minutes.

Can I join a group at any time?+

Groups are fixed and limited to four people. You can ask to join a group based on availability, or suggest forming a group with people you know.

Do I need to form my own group?+

No. You can ask to join a group on your own, based on availability, or suggest forming a group with people you know.

Why an annual commitment?+

Because meaningful progress is built over months, not sessions. The commitment also protects the stability of the group, which is what makes the accountability work.

Do we all do the same exercises?+

The session is shared, but the work is individual. Loads, variations and progressions are adapted to each person's assessment and level.

Can I combine small group training with other services?+

Yes. Many members combine their sessions with recovery therapies or one-to-one blocks. Your assessment defines the right balance.
