Understand your body. Build your progress.
My wish to become a coach grew out of a personal journey: taking better care of my health and understanding what my body was trying to tell me. Along the way, I developed a passion for movement, and a desire to share what I wish I had learned sooner.
In my coaching, your goals are our starting point. I also take the time to understand your daily life, your background and the way you move. Before building a programme, we explore together your capabilities, your difficulties and what matters to you.
Through strength training, mobility work and progressive training, I support you in developing your capabilities and gaining confidence in your movement. I place as much importance on the quality of the exercises as on understanding them: knowing why you are doing something helps you take an active role in your progress.
I also offer cupping sessions, as time dedicated to well-being and recovery, either on their own or alongside coaching.
I created Health Potential to bring this vision together in a place where you feel listened to, understood and supported, alongside professionals with complementary approaches.
And during sessions? Attention, high standards and good humour. I encourage you to push yourself, while adapting the effort to what you can do at that moment, with room for a smile!
